A Little About Me

I'm the type of person that enjoys exploring with my creative side. I dance almost every day of the week. I dabble in photography and drawing. I have even been known to sew every now and then. These things are my outlet when I have a bad day, or a good day, or just when I need to shut out the world and have time for myself.

I've been writing for years, mostly for myself. Writing a book has always been something I have wanted to achieve in life. As with the genres of books I read, my genre for my writing projects is anything supernatural or fantasy.

I have a slightly darker personality than most of the people I know and tend toward the darker, more gothic asthetic when it comes to my writing. I enjoy horror movies and am fascinated by the characters that come from them. Sunshine and rainbows are not my cup of tea, and never has been.

I love Tolkien and Kelley Armstrong. I love Cassandra Clare and Terry Brooks. I absolutely fell in love with Raymond E. Feist's novels the first time I picked up one of them and I loved Stephanie Meyer before she became famous around the rest of the world for the films ...

I have loved reading stories by writers like J C Gordon (or JazCullen as she is also known) and CRGangell, having followed their stories and characters for years on other sites and here, and I've always wanted to see if my own writing could be as good as theirs.
